Nose
Tropical fruits, such as pineapple and banana, and carozo fruit,
such as peaches. Citrus notes and a delicate and elegant scent of
vanilla.
Palate
Complex, fresh and vivacious. Balanced and refreshing natural acidity. Persistent finish. Great volume and creaminess, yet soft and elegant.
Harvest
A hot and dry year, with wide thermal differences between day and night (15-20°C / 27-34°F), resulted in perfect ripening. After some years of low yields, production volumes reverted to normal in 2018. With higher alcohol levels —which give a pleasant sweetness in the mouth— and rounded tannins, 2018 wines stand out because of their fruit-filled, ripe profiles.
Winemaking
Hand-harvested. Pneumatic press and manual selection once in the winery. PWeekly battonage of lees in the
tanks and barrels. Alcoholic fermentation for 21 days at 16°C (60°F); 65% of the wine fermented in concrete tanks and 35% in new barrels, where the wine then rests for 12 months. Filtered using earth and cartridges. Bottle ageing for two months before being launched.

Deliveries to Malta are processed and delivered at our next availability, which is usually within 1-3 working days, excluding public holidays. This may be longer during busy periods.
To Gozo:
For orders over €35.00 a flat delivery charge of €5 applies - If your order is below €35.00 the delivery charge is €9.00. Gozo Deliveries are processed and delivered at our next availability, which is usually within 2-5 working days, excluding public holidays. This may be longer during busy periods.
Deliver on Specified Date (Only available January to November):
If you require delivery on an exact date, this option is available at checkout, at an additional cost of €5.00
Deliver on Specified Date only allows selection between January and November, for orders delivered on mainland Malta. It does not apply to Christmas orders, orders to Gozo or international orders.
Collection:
During checkout you also have the option to collect your purchase. The collection point will be listed at checkout depending which location your order will be processed from.
Collection is free and the processing time for your order being ready for pickup is usually after 1 full working day from when you placed the order (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We recommend calling us before you come to collect to ensure your order is ready and waiting for you.
