This simple and refined model will delight lovers of wood beautifully aged by time. A reissue of a model created in 1874, the Peugeot Bistro Antique salt mill embodies Peugeot’s craftsmanship. It has become a staple in bistros and traditional restaurants. Made from beechwood, each piece is hand-finished to faithfully recreate the charm of time-worn patina. The Zirlion mechanism, a Peugeot innovation, comes with a lifetime guarantee. Its knob allows precise grind adjustment: the tighter it is screwed, the finer the salt. A Peugeot salt mill you won’t want to be without to bring authentic character to your kitchen and table.
